Lynn Frazer joined Pender as Head of People Strategy in April 2022 and has been a Pender Ventures Partner since 2018. Lynn has over 25 years of experience in human resources management across private, public and private equity held organizations, where she has worked with leadership teams to ensure organizational and talent strategies align to deliver company objectives. Prior to Pender, she was the Head of the Human Resources group at autoTRADER.ca, where she led the HR strategy through periods of growth and transition as the business evolved from its roots in traditional print media to become one of Canada’s premier digital brands and leading software solutions provider to automotive dealerships.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
